Highly recommend! Convenient location, drive-thru window, prescriptions filled quickly, and friendly staff. The pharmacist, Chad, greets me by name. Small but good variety of other items in the store as well. The interior has a vintage feel in a good way, and it's just such a better experience than using a large, national chain!

Tried to get a prescription filled as a new customer because they are close to my new house. Owner spent about 10 minutes preaching to me about how much he dislikes my insurance company and why he refuses to do business with that carrier. If he didn’t want to fill the prescription he could have just left it at that. I did not appreciate his bad attitude and talking down to me like a kid who had done something wrong. I would not recommend anyone use them. Horrible customer service!

After a very stressful search for my medicine I finally was told by phone that they had it in stock. When I went to get my prescription filled, the pharmacist came up with an excuse as to why he couldn’t fill my medicine and I left crying as he walked away in silence. Now I’m left to withdraw until I can find someone else with it in stock. Very rude, unnecessary, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

. Delivery person was very nice . Only thing is that I didn’t call to see when they deliver . And I didn’t know they only accept cash or check . And that’s fine as long as you are prepared. I should have checked before I ordered .

I’ve used Northgate for around 30 years and they have always been very good to me. I also have referred others and they love buying their meds there also. Very friendly and helpful.
