I explained to the owner that we we're at the door around 4:40 I wasn't sure if they close at 4:30 but the owner told me they are open until 5:00 p.m. my prescription had already been sent via their online system and I was just simply picking up medicine for my sick daughter the young Indian girl who I am told is the owner's favorite I'm not sure if that's his family or his associate but she will not let us in there were other people in the store working with us but she will not let us in the store I was really confused and I thought I would get a better response from the owner but he was also confused as to why we were not let in. It is things like this that are major inconvenience and shows how the healthcare system lets us down.
