I had my wisdom tooth removed on 1/30/26, and I can honestly say the entire team made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and comfortable. Everyone in the office was professional, kind, and welcoming from start to finish. A special thank you to Isaiah — he was incredibly helpful and attentive. He answered all of my questions, helped ease my nerves before I went to sleep, and made sure I felt comfortable during recovery as well. His care and compassion truly made a painful experience much more pleasant. I highly recommend this office to anyone needing oral surgery. Thank you again for such excellent care!

II recently had two teeth extracted by Dr. Tofigh on 3/5/26, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I came into the appointment already in pain from my wisdom tooth, and my blood pressure was extremely high because of anxiety. My previous wisdom tooth removal had been a very traumatic experience. The dentist I saw before was not kind, patient, or attentive to my pain concerns, and it left me extremely nervous about going through this again. Because of that experience, I chose sedation this time. I made it very clear to Dr. Tofigh how important it was for me to feel at ease during the procedure, and he truly listened. One week ago today, I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed at Northern VA Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. I’m 72 & was a little apprehensive about the surgery. I arrived 10 minutes early & was greeted by a pleasant receptionist who gave me some paperwork to fill out. After about 15 minutes a technician called out my name & took me back to the dental room. He reviewed my records for currency & verified I was there for wisdom teeth removal. He took front & back X-rays to give Dr Zadeh the best look at my teeth. He departed the room & Maria introduced herself & started preparing the room for surgery while explaining how the surgery process would proceed. Dr Zadeh came in & introduced himself & confirmed he would be removing all wisdom teeth. Maria then put me on laughing gas & I asked several

I had a great experience with Dr. Tofigh. He was understanding and very knowledgeable. He addressed my concerns. Sussy and isaiah are an excellent addition to the team and they did an amazing job.

I was really scared to get my wisdom teeth taken out. Mostly out of fear of being put under sedation and not being conscious. Dr. Zadeh was nice and professional, and the assistants were more than kind. This made it 10x easier on me. I can’t remember her name, it was one of the ladies that was getting me ready, but she answered every single question I had. The process was seamless and I was in and out in no time (at least that’s how it felt!). Everyone was nice! Great experience, though I would never want to get a tooth extracted again, LOL! The recovery is hard!
