A family member went to Dr. Smith after trying several other doctors. This individual was literally losing the ability to walk without support due to foot pain. Surgery had been suggested. We had, one-by-one, purchased crutches, a knee scooter and a wheelchair by the time of the appointment with Nova Foot and Ankle. Dr. Smith correctly diagnosed the problem and provided in-clinic treatment and home therapies that have cleared up the issue. This individual is now taking (literally) dancing lessons. We're very grateful that Dr. Smith was available and that he has such skills. Highly recommended.

My son had several warts on his foot that had been difficult to treat for a long time and kept spreading, so we decided to visit this clinic. Every staff member we met was incredibly kind and welcoming, and Dr. Klein was truly amazing. He was not only professional and knowledgeable but also very kind and thorough in explaining every treatment option in a way that was easy to understand. He was gentle and friendly with my child, which made a tough treatment much easier for him to go through. Thanks to the doctor and the caring staff, my son was able to complete the treatment successfully. The entire clinic has such a warm and comforting atmosphere while still maintaining a high level of professionalism. I’m very grateful for their care and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Dr Klein is the best! awesome bedside manner and just an all-around good person. I have been a patient for over 10yrs but some time had passed since my last visit...had a issue with my toe and they were able to get me an appointment within 48hrs...drove 4hrs just so I could be seen by Dr Klein....call me a creature of habit but I stick with the good ones!!

I am impressed and truly satisfied with the service and the people at this facility. I also can't believe how the pain on me feet has subsided and improved. I am a military veteran who is 100% disabled. I have had planters fasciitis and foot pain for years. Dr. Klein is amazing and his genuine approach to my feet pain made me feel like I was truly being heard. He took the time and effort to assess my concerns, provide an in-depth understanding of my options and provide exceptional treatment. His assistant and personnel were genuinely kind and concerned for my well-being and did an outstanding job during my visit. I highly recommend this foot Dr. and his people above all else. What an experience!!!

All of the staff in this practice are polite, caring and thorough. Dr Klein takes times to listen & thoroughly explain how he can help. I’ve just had my first EPAT treatment and am hopeful for reduced inflammation & pain. Michelle the office manager is absolutely the best!
