Northern Manor

Nursing homes are difficult to evaluate and while awesome is a bit overdone I liked the parking spaces available, I liked the ease of sign in and badging and sign out, I feel that the activities room is nice and Maria is great and that the place smells fresh was not too hot. My friends room was neat. The people who work there use proper decorum when working and seem to handle themselves well.

Northern Manor has many strengths, especially the kindness and dedication of its staff. They treat residents with compassion, and the atmosphere is generally warm and safe. The rooms and common areas are well maintained, and we’ve always found the team approachable when we had questions. There are a few areas where improvement would make the experience even better — particularly around communication during busy periods and expanding activity options. That said, whenever concerns were raised, the staff did their best to address them promptly. Overall, Northern Manor provides solid, caring support, and we’re satisfied with the level of care our loved one receives.

I dropped in unexpectedly to visit an old friend. He unfortunately has no family and is unable to speak for himself. I found him clean and shaved, and positioned comfortably in his bed. His room was also very clean. I was very impressed. In general, the facility was clean, and the staff was pleasant and helpful.

I have been at Northern Manor for a couple of years. This place is my home. The nurses are very responsive for the most part.Katelyn, Janie and Care are the best social workers and have been so helpful with all my needs. Recreation staff always has fun activities for us to do.

My wife is in northern manor for the past 11+ years it's amazing the care they are giving her . In 11+ years only 1ns had she had to be hospitalized. Keep up the amazing work
