Had an employee lose a screw in her glasses. Within 5 min a new screw was in at no charge. Wonderful experience.

I recommend this place to everyone! The staff is SPECTACULAR…they always go above and beyond! My whole family has started going here, and nobody has ever been disappointed! And Carrie is the best!

Terrible experience with them wouldn't recommend them to a blind man told me that's all they could do when I got my glasses and still couldn't see a thing and on top of that guess you will have to live with it a total joke

Reached out to the Munising office to attempt to set-up an appointment. Disappointedly informed that they are NOT seeing new patients at this time. Attempted to support local Munising business to allow continued services to be available in the future. Shopko Optical in Marquette conveniently setup an eye exam for me the next week. I would request if you are not seeing new patients then update your webpage accordingly.

The staff members here are the best! They are helpful and kind. The experience of getting my eyes checked and new glasses is something I look forward to!
