They were able to fit me in from a cancellation. The appointment was fast and thorough. Front desk staff was polite and efficient. Scheduling was easy and the return phone calls were competent. The medical staff was professional and explained everything very well.

I was happy the appointment was easy to schedule and they were able to get me in the same week. The front desk was very welcoming and kind. My biopsy was easy and painless. Afterwards it took longer than they had told me to get my results and I was told I needed to schedule another appointment for another biopsy of a larger area to get it retested as mine had come back “moderately abnormal”. I don’t live in the area so I scheduled an appointment with a dermatologist near me and Lilly sent my test results over however upon meeting with provider was told I didn’t need another biopsy however needed a excision of the area so felt I had wasted time on this appointment and wish I had been told I needed an excision from the start so I would have scheduled appropriately.
