Northern Light Health

I was just released today after a short two days from the third floor of your hospital. In years past I haven’t had the care that I had this time. The third floor and the emergency room Drs and the nurses were so beyond wonderful. Very enthusiastic about caring for me, concerned, knowledgeable and just full of compassion. Kudos to all involved and thank you for the bright attitude and smiles….yes I could see them and hear them behind the masks.

If I could give the Rheumatology Department at Whiting Hill a zero, I would! I call and tell them I am in horrible pain. I can barely move. She calls me back and says the provider said to keep doing what I'm doing and they will see me in a month. They have cancelled my last three appointments because she didn't want to be in the office that day. Great patient care. Super helpful. UGH!

The corporate people in charge of Northern Light Health should be ashamed of how their policies are harming this community. My PCPs office is forced to take on more and more patients, causing those of us who need to be seen to have to wait 3 months or go to the ED. They are cutting pay & benefits so their aren't enough providers and support staff left to help patients quickly..... but why would the people in charge care about that when they are getting their bonuses.

My wife and I had our son and our daughter here and we really had a great experience each time! The hospital staff are great and we have our full trust in them. Because of that there are few people's names we will never forget... Looking back at our time there were joyous memories... We can tell this organization cares about their patients and they are committed to them.

First off this doesn't even deserve a star secondly I do not recommend northern lights emergency department. Came in by ambulance last night 10:30pm struggling to breathe, heart racing, and trouble staying alert and was made to sit in a the waiting room and then taking to a separate "waiting room" 3ish hours later.... let's just say that thank GOD I was able to bring myself out of it somehow.. still having coughing fits but hey who cares if I can fully breathe, right!? Cause this no patient care here at this damn hospital
