My first time at Northeast Dental. Beautiful building, everyone very pleasant, no pressure, good explanations. Left my last Dental office because they no longer took my dental insurance, and very happy I ended up here!

this building was built quite recently - it's nice to have a brand new facility - I was a patient of Dr Cabral soon after the building was built - it was a foggy, mildly rainy type day - I could actually feel a strange electrical feeling from the dental instruments in my mouth - which I've never felt before at a dental appt at any other dentist or facility - one knows what such feels like - we've all been mildly shocked by carpet shocks and such as children etc - but, this was stronger and in my mouth during a procedure - obviously a much more serious concern & I told the staff about it - they, of course, dismissed my concerns - I wonder if the building was properly electrically grounded - to begin with ... ??? it's a shame that modern construction can't be relied upon to be of proper qual

My husband has been a patient here since they opened. He's had A LOT of work done and has always had great things to say about Dr. Pouzal. Since I haven't seen a dentist in almost 2 decades, I was a bit nervous about finally getting a checkup... I knew this was the only dentist I was willing to go to because of his experiences. Sure enough, the staff was great and Dr. Cabral was also amazing. Despite needing a ton of scaling due to years of no cleanings, everything was amazing--my hygienist was informative, friendly, and thorough. I actually can't wait to go back for my next session in a month! I never would have expected to say this about a dentist, that's for sure. Thank you to everyone here for a great experience!

I will start by saying I have no issues with thier work. Thier billing and attention to detail does need some work. Other dental offices I went to layed out care plans and you knew ahead of time what was covered and what each visit was going to cost so you could prepare for out of pocket costs at checkout. I was hit with a shell shock at checkout finding out that a claim from a previous visit was denied because that same procedure was done within a two year period and apparently wasn't covered. So when I went to check out I was hit with an unexpected $392 bill. When I talked to my insurance company they said the office should have done a pre determination to make sure that the procedure was covered. I'm also finding out that my other visit may not be covered due to a similar issue. If

This is a wonderful Dentist office. Debbie is the best hygienist that I've had in a very long time. I don't have a lot of pain during the cleaning, which was usually the case in my past experiences at other offices and that would lead to dread before every appointment. I don't feel judged because I am not perfect with flossing. It's very clean, smells nice, and I feel like they listen. Highly recommend this practice!
