This place will cancel a scheduled appointment and reschedule it without even a courtesy call to say they rescheduled your appointment. They acted like i picked a time out of the air to show up for my appointment. Said there was no way I had an appointment at that time because they had it blocked out for a mid day staff meeting. Then said the scheduling person must have made a mistake. But why would any health provider not call respectfully when the need to reschedule? How do they know what date and times the patient can accept. Especially if they have to ride the CARE Shuttle and live an hour away? So rude and inconsiderant!
