Dr. Bob is fake. He acts like he's your buddy when he comes in. Asks what issues you've been struggling with, but I'd your reply is longer than half a sentence he cuts you off, talking to his staff. It's always overbooked. Making patience wait 2 or more hours in the waiting room only to be seen for less than 5 mins. When I address concerns that have been bothering me. He laughs it off, making jokes of my very Real issues. Im struggling with lyme disease and when I brought it up. This review is based off of multiple visits within a few years span. I had went to the connected eye docs and got an exam done approx 2019, 2020. The older gentleman there order my glasses that I chose from their very limited "McLaren Box". When they arrived, they were of the wrong material and severely heavy/unbalanced. He ordered replacements per my insurance, and they were still somewhat horrible but i had to live with them. Fast forward 2022. Prescription changed slightly, once again had to use this place due to insurance allowances. Chose a frame that was extremely close to the original, and waited the alloted time to receive them.
