WellNow Urgent Care

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcomed and their service was quite unexpected. I didn't think they would be so personal but I felt very at ease when presenting my information in which was taken down and processed quickly. The wait time was short and Amy was a true professional. As a retired veteran I know "hurry up and wait", but this was the opposite! Thank you for the care and service to the community!

This was my first time at WellNow. Scheduled my appointment online, got there before my scheduled time and sat for over an hour before I was called in. Receptionist was very pleasant, kind & professional. She did explain that they were running behind. Nurse Shelly was nice and professional. Took her time asking questions. PA Nicole was professional and seemed to care for what my issues were. Asked many questions to help with a diagnosis. I would recommend going there, but remember there could be a wait time.

This was my first time here, as I have a primary. Primary couldn't get me for a few days. I scheduled my appt and registered online. It was easy. When I got there, I did not need to do anything, I liked that. The staff and the Dr were all so kind and caring. I honestly can't say enough about them, they were great! Thank you for the help.

I have been having various cold symptoms for over a month and am also 9 months pregnant and have been avoiding an appointment to hopefully let it pass on its own. Now that my due date is less than a week away I knew I needed to be seen so I can try to be as healthy as possible for labor. Laura, the NP I saw, was so sensitive and kind in explaining what medications are safe to take while pregnant, what OTC meds are safe but can affect breastfeeding, etc. She even shared some of her own experiences from labor and professional advice she had (mind you, I came in to get an antibiotic for an ongoing cold). I just felt the team went really above and beyond in alleviating my initial concerns and provided deeper care by really hearing me and having empathy for the crazy stuff I am about to go thro

Scheduling my appointment online was super easy. Clerical staff was polite and helpful. I felt the P.A that saw me addressed my concerns and was very nice. My prescriptions were sent in right away with no issues. Overall excellent experience!!!
