Dr Riley is wonderful doctor that has made my road to recovery so much easier. Had a significantly displaced disc in my back from a work injury. With work comp, seems like they just want to send you to the easiest, quickest option and can end up getting that one size fits all treatment program. Thankfully, I got a great recommendation to NoCo Spine & Sport. Dr Riley took time and showed a lot of care in order to create a plan that best suited me. Sessions and home exercises were never overwhelming. He was proactive during the sessions, using feedback to continually fine-tune treatment. We had a great experience with Dr. Riley! My 16 year old son is a high school tennis player and started experiencing back pain during tournaments. Dr. Riley understood his frustration and scheduled him for an appointment quickly. He conducted a very thorough analysis of his movement and identified the issue immediately, providing a simple, targeted exercise plan that got him back out on the court and back to 100%. Dr. Riley is an expert in his field. He helped me make significant progress on my back injury through a manageable at-home strengthening program, joint manipulations, and advice on how to manage the strain of my job on my back.
