Northeast Urgent Care -

This place is a complete waste of time. After repeatedly confirming my condition for over an hour, they then told me to go to the emergency room and said they couldn’t treat me. So what were you doing all that time? Where is your professionalism?

I came here when I was feel terrible. I waiting almost 20 -30 minutes to get called in. The workers were barley communicating with me and I had to tell three different doctors/nurses my symptoms. This one nurse came in and I told her my symptoms once again and she looked in my mouth then look in both in my ears for two seconds and said “you have an ear infection you can leave now”. I was in shock because my symptoms had nothing to do with my ear and she wasn’t professional and was very dismissing. I do not recommend this place for any children. Those workers didn’t help me in anyway whatsoever, they did what a school nurse would do. They took my temperature and blood pressure, my weight, my heartbeat, tested me for flu and Covid, and that’s it. Again, I do NOT recommend.

My husband and I have been here a few times for urgent care visits. We have had good experiences everytime. Everyone is very friendly and compassionate. Medications are sent right away and they answer all of your questions even when calling back after the appointment. This is our go to place for urgent care visits.

The receptionist at the front and medical assistant were very professional and patient. However the physicians assistant who saw my mom was HORRIBLE. She acted like she didn't even want to touch my mom, didn't give her care options for my mom's conditions other than home remedies. Over a $100 visit for being told that she didnt want to negate my moms symptoms but basically was not going to do anything for her. TOTAL waste of time and money.

I had an awesome experience at this Urgent care facility. After searching for 2 days for a doctor or clinic that could see me without charging emergency room fees. I called NE Family Urgent Care Clinic and was seen within 15 minutes of arriving. the doctor I saw was very kind and patient. She listened when I was talking but most of all the staff was phenomenal! they were very thorough and overall it was a joyful experience even though I was in pain. I have highly recommended others to this location and will continue to do again.
