I’m incredibly grateful for the care I’ve received here. My doctor has truly helped relieve my back pain, and the difference in how I feel is amazing. The entire staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional, which makes every visit a great experience. I highly recommend this practice.

This is a big shout-out to each and every person who works here in the Jackson location! From the first phone call, the friendliness is appreciated. All the staff make it a point to know each client's name, and you are always greeted with a smile from everyone working there. Every employee cares about how you feel, never mind just how you are progressing. I am going through a lot of difficulties, and the care they show every day is SO appreciated, as it gives me the strength to power through each day. From all the doctors to the front desk staff, to the physical therapists you all are so caring, patient, talented, accommodating and kind! My 2 boys are getting the best care possible after running all over NY, NJ & Brooklyn to specialists to help them nothing was working until now. I want to express our thanks to the best staff and Dr’s of Northeast Sports and Spine Medicine for treating us with dedication and respect they are highly professionals who have help my husband Ortensio and I above and beyond anything we could expect! When the insurance were giving my husband a hard time to help him with his therapy Dr Lanbrou did everything posible to help us with this situation. Thanks to him and the amazing Chiropractors, Drs and Therapist my husband and I are doing incredibly better! I am truly grateful to everyone at Northeast for giving me the gift of a pain free life. Dr. Franz and the entire staff are absolutely the best. All of their locations are very professional but more importantly, they are so friendly and personable. They need to have more than 5 stars.
