I came in for a routine cleaning and had the pleasure of being attended by Ghena, who was absolutely outstanding. She was incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and personable, and took the time to thoroughly explain and demonstrate techniques to improve my dental hygiene. Her bedside manner was exceptional. She made the entire visit comfortable, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable. This was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had, and I truly look forward to seeing her again.

Terrible customer service! My family and I were patients of Dr. Napolitano’s for over 15 years. His office and staff have gone downhill. Our favorite hygienist is no longer there, and I am pretty sure I know why. The staff is awful. They do NOT communicate with the insurance companies or their patients. I also had an issue with replacing an old filling that was NOT bothering me. The dentist suggested I replace it. It took about 5 or 6 appointments to get it right and resolve the issue. We will NOT be returning, and I am waiting on Karen to send the release form to switch to a new dentist.

Dr Napolitano is a great dentist. I had Ghina today as my hygienist and I am happy to say she was great! Very thorough and informative. Also, front desk staff has changed since I was there last in July. They very friendly and welcoming! A great visit.

BEST DENTIST EVER!! Everyone I’ve recommended to Dr. Napolitano stayed with him. Always runs on time, the dental hygienists are thorough and professional. The office, treatment rooms and bathroom are immaculately clean! 🤩
