I am deeply disappointed and heartbroken by my experience with this dental office. I trusted this practice with my child for over four years, believing that because they are medical professionals, my child was being treated with care, patience, and understanding. As parents, we sit in the waiting room assuming everything is okay because we are not back there to see what is really happening. My child would often come out crying, but we were reassured by smiles, small prizes, and the idea that children just get upset at the dentist. I believed that narrative. I trusted them. That trust was broken.Over time, I began noticing other children leaving visibly upset one older child telling her grandmother she would never come back. Still, I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. I told myself the
Ari is so helpful she helped my daughter when she had to get her feelings done. She held her hand and walked her through the whole process. This is now our new dentist office. Everyone is so professional and caring. The building is really clean.
Dr. Reich had retired so Dr. Win Lee saw my kids’ teeth at their appointment, which was scheduled for within a week of my request. It’s super hard to get pediatric dental appointments in Philadelphia, most dentists are booked up to 4-6 months ahead, so I appreciated that Dr. Lee was available. The office is small but nicely organized. Parking wasn’t too much of a problem - street parking in a quiet neighborhood. There is plenty of seating in the lobby area, somewhat socially distanced, but masks were encouraged to be worn. There are two arcade games for children and a corner play area that my kids enjoyed playing in. Friendly office staff and Dr. Lee gave me a thorough overview of my kids’ dental health after their appointment. Overall, good experience - highly recommend Dr. Lee.
Amazing team. My son is autistic and they worked great with him. Very kind and professional. This is where we will come moving forward. Dr. Lee was great 😊
10/10 this dentist is the best pediatric dentist, they are so great with my kids always take great care of them! Best pediatric dental experience I had
