I took my granddaughter there today for her annual check up. I had to have a paper filled out for her to get in kindergarten. It was literally a stamp and two signatures. They charged me five dollars. I couldn’t believe it. I just think what a scam it’s not the amount it’s the Principal. I lost a lot of respect for the office today

I brought my extremely well behaved 8yo daughter here for a check up. Dr. Lee told me after that she needs 4 teeth extracted and told me she could do one side of her mouth at 5:30. My kid was extremely nervous but I assured her over and over that the dentist will take care of her. They did not explain to my daughter what the nose mask was to help her feel calm so when my daughter said that she can't breath with it on, they removed it. They then gave her 1 shot of novocain and immediately began extracting the teeth. My daughter raised her hand as instructed to tell them that she feels pain. They told her that the novocain will start to work soon and to raise her hand if it hurts. I've taken my children here for over 20 years. Since it's been under new management the service and general concerns for their clients has become none existent! They cancelled an appointment the day of that was set a month prior!

The staff are professional and friendly. Wait times vary but aren't outrageous. The kids love the waiting room, which honestly could be a little bigger but all in all, we are completely satisfied with their work and have had several pleasant experiences with them.

If I could I would give this place no stars the employees are very rude and have a nasty attitude they don’t talk to you like your in a professional environment and than when you return the attitude your in the wrong I simply was upset because they wanted to perform a service on my child And didn’t want me to come back there which is eye opening as a parent who really cares about my child what are you hiding I hear all types of horror stories about dentist and wanted to also support my child in her time of getting the procedure they went as far as cancelling my appointment without notifying me if your child is going here or will be going in the future please be mindful about this type of place it is a private practice so if anything was to happen to your child there is no upper person to c
