Doctors here are ignoring the patient’s and mom’s concerns. I took my child on 1/5, my child was diagnosed with pneumonia. We were treated with an antibiotic. 2 weeks later my child had a fever I was told it was a different virus not due to pneumonia. I asked for an X-ray to rule out pneumonia the doc said she was 100% sure it was not pneumonia. I then took my child again on 2/12, I said to Caren Goodman that my child has been tired going up the stairs, all this time he is not being himself. I asked for an x-ray again she said no need. On 2/13 I took my child to doc again, as my child woke up with fever for the 2nd time since 1/5. She was giving me a lecture about how people die from the flu in presence of my child who was already scared. She was thinking it could be the flu. The flu test

Staff was extremely professional and kind. Doctor who took out my stitches was awesome, and had a great bedside manner. In terms of going to urgent care, this is by far the best experience I've had to date.

MaryAnne working the reception area, Ileana, and Dr. Alam, were so wonderful. Had such an efficient and helpful visit. This is was urgent care should be about! Highly recommend, and I never leave online reviews!

round woman at the front can take people 15 minutes early but not 15 minutes late was very rude to a young kid trying to get blood work done right after school
