Need to thank Dr Kevin Kopko( St Josephs Health Orthopedic &Spine ) for the care he gave my 90 yr Mom with dementia and CLL who had broken her hip. Was first advised by another resident to do surgery , but Dr Kopko reviewed X-rays and advised us to “wait and see”approach. Which worked and she eventually walked on her own again, without a walker. Definitely recommend his services.

Dr. Haidy Marzouk did my sons tonsillectomy and FNA of a lymph node. Surgery went well besides the fact that the tissue sample was collected in the WRONG solution, meaning no results. It’s been 1 month since and no one has owned up to it or even called to apologize for the mistake. I called and no one has returned my calls and that was 2 weeks ago. I do not recommend this practice as a Registered Nurse myself. Unprofessional and refusing to own a mistake is scary.

Dr Marzouk is amazing. She is great with kids and an amazing ENT. My preschooler had a procedure at the surgical center. They did a treasure hunt with him, and everyone that came into the room gave him a prize. We met his entire surgical team. From start to finish it was very professional and yet child friendly experience They were so kind to him and I cannot thank everyone there enough. I am beyond impressed. Thank you.

Not a comment on the medical practice but the management of the building. In the first floor bathroom near the elevators, the handicapped women's stall was locked from the inside, one of the regular toilets was smeared with feces, and a disabled senior was forced to use the other only available toilet and injured herself in the process. This is not someone who can just walk easily from bathroom to bathroom looking for a place to go. Ridiculous for a medical facility.

Nothing but pain. I went to the Dr suite #117 from brest care, came in with NO pain whatsoever, I left in THE MOST AMOUT OF PAIN I've felt in months. The doctor was "examining " my breast with me wincing and saying ow the entire time and didn't give any care in the world that it hurt. She then told me my breast pain was from hormones, and tried to sell me and IUD even tho I made it known I didn't want it. She was STOMPING her foot at me because I didn't want it, AS IF I WAS HER DEFIANT TEENAGER. This was the most careless and unprofessional doctor I have ever seen. I felt every single road bump on the way home and layed in the fetal position in bed until I had to go to work that day. STILL IN PAIN HOURS LATER. Do not see the breast doctor in suite #117. She is rude and shows no compassion
