NE Georgia Urgent Care Braselton wouldn’t include ONE extra day on a school note for my son who had been ill the day prior to the visit. We couldn’t make it in the day prior but we went first thing the following morning. They said they would only give an excuse for the day of. I found this to be very unreasonable and something I haven’t run across before. Now my son has an unexused absence for a day when he was clearly ill. NE Georgia Urgent Care has been less and less patient friendly over the last few years. I would recommend going to one of the other clinics in the area.

They will always be my go-to for urgent care. Every time I come here, staff is prompt, sweet, and they show they care. Wait times are very minimal. I can't say ive ever had a bad experience here. I can't say enough good things about them.

I visited this urgent care facility for a minor problem I was having with one of my ears. I booked the appointment online, and they got me in right on time. I was examined by Diego and treated by Caitlin. They were friendly, and fixed my issue quickly and efficiently. I am very satisfied with the treatment I received at this facility.

Diego and Rachel were helpful in evaluating my dad. Diego made sure that we see the ER given his condition and symptoms. This will be our go-to UC and ER now.

All staff do an amazing job here. I made appointments and each of the three times I went, we did not have to wait. Great place and everyone is very caring.
