We followed Juli Dyer here from the Gainesville location. My mom has been seeing Juli since she was at Longstreet. She's the sweetest! She knows what's up with my mom and is not scared to tell the hard truth. We absolutely love her and will continue to see her indefinitely.

Tried scheduling an appointment through Laci Marie when I called and she was completely rude and unprofessional on the phone that I didn’t even get to make the appointment. She acted like she had something better to do than get me in to see a doctor. Horrible staff right from the start. If the staff is like this I can only imagine what the doctor is like. Go somewhere else!

this place was great until sergio angel left. had an appt cancelled multiple times because of a medication on my chart that i don’t even get prescribed through this doctor. completely disregarded my pre appointment questionnaire. when i called to clarify everything over the phone the receptionist was still wrong and still disregarded everything i literally just told her verbally. would give zero stars if possible.

I tried to make an appointment for last month. I received a call very early the next morning from an office staff. She never introduced herself and rudely said that the Dr. I'd scheduled my annual physical with was no longer accepting new patients. I replied that is not what it says on the website and she rudely disconnected the call without a word. I emailed the office with no response. Now I understand why I was treated rudely and got no response.

I was going to try to make this my primary provider, but the doctor here wanted to quadruple the amount of visits that I had per year. I paid more in 1 month than I paid all year at my previous physician, which I ended up going back to, even though the drive is so much further.
