Read the fine print!!! Just know that when you use your credit/debit card it will be kept on file to charge for any due balances. I took my daughter for a cold. They did an assessment and flu/covid/strep tests. The total was apparently over $400! Paid my $20 co-pay and when they billed my insurance the balance they automatically charged my debit card for the portion the insurance did not cover several weeks later. Glad it was an amount I could afford and it is paid now but I won't be using this company again.

The doctors at this urgent care facility are excellent and provide great care. However, the front desk staff needs additional training. I brought my child in, and she has two insurance policies. The front desk insisted that I had to pay a copay through my primary insurance first. I explained that her secondary insurance covers the copay, and asked them to run that insurance. I was told that’s “not how it works” and that my daughter would not be seen unless I paid the copay. I contacted my insurance company directly, and they confirmed that I did not owe a copay. Even after sharing that information, the front desk staff member still refused service until payment was made. I then requested to speak with the billing department, and once they reviewed the account, they confirmed that no copa

Everyone on staff was great and caring . The receptionist, the nurse , and the doctors were all kind and knowledgeable . The doctor and nurse took time to listen and discuss what was going on and showed that they cared about their patients

This respectionist was kind ,knowledgeable, and helpful! The Doctor was extremely helpful! My biggest complaint would be the cleanliness of this clinic! It was just nasty! I terminal clean o.r.s for a living and I honestly can't believe a health care facility can be allowed to see patients in this nasty state!

I scheduled an appointment and was in and out in less than an hour! They all were so nice-from the front desk to the triage to the doctor. They followed up with results in a timely manner and even texts to check in with how I was after my visit. Honestly felt like they were my PC more than a quick urgent care visit!
