If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Dr Moers nurse specifically. I have tried to get in touch for hours, I’ve call multiple times and left multiple messages. No call back. No answer. No nothing. Unprofessional, not helpful. A patient should NOT have to beg and plead for a phone call/answer.

Myself and many people that I know have had experience with this physicians group and I have yet to hear anyone say that they have had a remotely positive experience with them. As I understand they are well aware of their patient dissatisfaction problem and I'm just not sure they care. They certainly do not care about their patients.

This entire office does the absolute bare minimum to get you in and out. Was told if I was sick go to urgent care don't even bother trying to call and make an appointment...what's the point of having a gp if you can't see them outside of shots or regular prescriptions? Like everywhere else in lumpkin ad hall counties they're after your consistent money flow while not doing anything to help patients at all. Disappointing and many people have no other option than going here bc of insurance.

I like coming here. I get all my needs met. They always see me quickly. I don't have to worry about spending 2 hrs at a doctor's office. I can get referrals for any care I am needing. Staff are super nice. I think if more people were rating then they would have better reviews.

From check in to to check out, this office truly cares about all their patients that come through the doors. Today I saw Carrie Sisk and her amazing staff. They listened to me and my concerns, provided great treatment/diagnoses of issues and made sure I walked out reassured I would feel better. Can't say enough about all the ladies there. Very blessed to have them here in Dahlonega.
