Northeast Georgia Physicians Group Buford

My experience with Northeast Georgia Physicians Group Neurology was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Upon arrival for my scheduled appointment, I was told by front desk staff (Laurie and Jennifer) that I was three minutes late and would not be seen. This was despite the fact that I had already been in communication with both this office and my referring physician regarding my referral, which had been faxed multiple times. The interaction with the front desk staff felt unnecessarily aggressive and dismissive. Rather than attempting to resolve the situation or speak with the provider, the staff escalated the interaction in a way that made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a patient. The office staff answered the phone when I called, scheduled an appointment for me on the first phone call, and prepared me for my first visit (fast before hand, bring ID/insurance card, etc). When I arrived the staff was professional and kind, the PA knowledgeable and has great bed side manner, and the phlebotomist did an amazing job. Then, as a follow up, they called me the next week about my blood draw results to tell me the status. I'm quite happy with this location.

The office of Dr. Kamari ( the heart doc.located on Lee Road in Buford . )Very unprofessional. Tamekia is unprofessional and very rude. The Doctor can't handle her rude mouth. Mia the medical assistant was the only one there that gave an resemblance of a professional medical office other than the equipment. I was told they would order my sisters medical records from her pervious Doctors over a month ago. They scheduled me over a month out to ensure they have the records. I go in today no medical records..but a rude tictok language person ( Tamika ) telling me she's matching my energy. I am trying. I've been a patient of Dr. Schutte for several years, and her genuine care and attentiveness have always stood out. She consistently takes the time to listen and makes you feel truly supported. Unfortunately, the scheduling and wait times have become increasingly frustrating. The earliest available appointments are now three months out, which is simply not feasible for ongoing care. Even when arriving well ahead of my scheduled time, I’ve routinely waited 45 minutes or more to be seen. While I deeply respect Dr. Schutte, the logistical challenges have led me to seek care elsewhere.

I absolutely love this location! Front desk is always so nice. The nurses are absolutely wonderful. Dr James Hong is amazing Dr and highly recommend him. He always listens to any concerns, I have and is so caring! Thank you so much
