I hesitated about leaving a review because I usually just let things be but I was so underwhelmed by my appointment. I waited and was there for almost two hours just to not even get any real answers, the doctor looked in my nose and ears… that’s it, didn’t assess my skin or anything. Just sat there and said 100 words per minute that didn’t pertain to any of my issues. She explained that everything is not an allergy… and then She told me to just to take a claritin. And I’m like okay?? I just feel my issues were not really heard and she just knew everything with out really validating my issues. Also, i thought they did testing there, no they send you out, so another hurdle. The doctor just rubbed me the wrong way. I called her by Mrs and she abruptly interrupted me and said “Doctor” as in

I am very saddened by the lack of empathy at this clinic. My three-year-old son has been suffering from frequent flare-ups, and we had an appointment to address his allergies. My mother, who was taking him, arrived 15 minutes late because the baby was not feeling well. Despite this, the clinic refused to see him because they needed to adhere to their schedule. While I understand the importance of appointments, it was very upsetting that they couldn’t take a few minutes to assess his current condition, especially given his age and the severity of his symptoms. As a mother, it’s heartbreaking to see such little compassion for a sick child. I hope the clinic can improve their approach and show more understanding and flexibility in the future. I wish the office manager would compile a list of patients who receive allergy shots for when the nurse calls in. Today was the second time since March that I wasted my time going to the clinic only to be told they were closed due to someone calling in. Get it together and have a back-up plan!

If I could leave 0 stars I would because I am completely and utterly disgusted with the service provided at this facility. I waited months for my appointment and was not told about the 2 hr appointment time. I drove almost an hour to get here and waited almost 30 minutes in the waiting room. Cynthia was rude about my new patient paper work which I did not receive before hand, and was nasty when I asked how much longer it would be before my child could be seen. Her lack of empathy and complete disregard for other peoples time was baffling. When I asked if I could have the next available appointment because I couldn’t wait any longer and I wasn’t told before hand that it would be 2-3 hours she pretty told me I could wait office or she could call me later and give me the appointment but it wo

Dr. William Nish gets 5 stars from my family and I! I take both my girls to see him and they absolutely love him. He has an excellent bedside manner and takes the time to answer all of our questions, even staying late one time, when we needed to be seen. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a real doctor, caring and willing to go the extra mile to get you or your kids healthy and happy. Sincerely ~ Mommy & 2 kids
