Northeast Florida Pediatrics is outstanding!!!! The staff is friendlier than ever and truly cares about every child. The office is spotless and so organized, which makes visits calm and stress-free. The doctors take time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make kids feel safe and comfortable. The previous reviews do not do them justice, they have an even better team now. Appointments run on time, and scheduling is easy. My child actually looks forward to coming here, which says a lot. I highly recommend them to any parent who wants a caring, welcoming place for their child’s health.

I have been taking both my kids to see Dr. P since birth. We love the nurses and Dr. P very much. He always remembers us and all of their medical history without having to look at their chart. I will be sad when he retires. Both of my kids are very comfortable with everyone there and are always treated with love and care 😊❤

Absolutely awful. Doctors were Always at least 45 minutes late to appointments. My son was due for vaccines at his 2 month check up, and the appointment was booked a month in advance. They were out of one of the vaccines at his appointment, and were going to charge me to come for another appointment to get the vaccine. When I complained that the appointment was made in advance and they should’ve been prepared, I was told by the nurse “well your child is not the only child we see.” The male doctor also pressured me to switch to formula and give my infant supplements to increase his weight. Horrible practice. So thankful that we switched to another practice!

They are the best!!! The head nurse Ivonne is beyond amazing and goes above and beyond for her patients. She is truly and asset to that office! My oldest has been going there for 12 years and my youngest since he was born in 2015. I’ll take them there until they are too old to go to a pediatric office. They are that amazing!

I don’t recommend this clinic at all If I could give it a zero I would . I had an appointment at 10 am I been here for almost two hrs and no one has yet seen me . I asked the nurse if it would be much more of a wait she told me yes there is a lot of sick kids . I told her I understand that but my child had an appointment. A girl who didn’t even have an appointment and walked in was seen before me . The nurse rolled her eyes at me and said well if you want go to the from and get your money back . I will never be coming back to this clinic not only did I call out of work for this but they where rude and unprofessional. Never again don’t waste your time with this clinic . .
