As always, Dr. Bernstein was thorough and thoughtful in her explanation of my procedure this week. She also took the time to listen to and address a couple other concerns I had. Dr. Bernstein is a caring and compassionate practitioner!

Dr kandler and all the girls that she works with a marvelous. My Mohs surgery is all healed. I have another spot to deal with but I'm quite sure she will do a marvelous job like she did this time.

Be wary of online appointment scheduling. I made an appointment for myself at the North Andover office. When I got there I was told that the dermatologists aren’t there on Friday. I called the main line to find they had no record of me as a patient and that the doctor I had an appointment with doesn’t even work on Friday! I received an email confirmation of the appointment earlier in the week so how was there no record of me when I got an email? I had made an appointment for my husband online at the same time as mine but they had him in the system. What a screw up, I canceled his, this place has problems.

Although I had to wait for 30 minutes I really appreciate Dr Bernstein and how thorough she is. I’ve been seeing her for many, many years

Went in for routine visit. Paid my copay and two months later receive a bill saying insurance didn’t cover anything because we didn’t send to your insurance because we didn’t have an up to date referral. You would think this would be said when we are there at the appointment not finding out months later when it’s too late. Beware Have insurance but it goes no where when the reps at the desk are too busy scrolling social media.
