Kristin Hartman-Joshi was “Off the Charts” Phenomenal once again… I have been dealing with extreme hearing loss over the past few years, and Kristin has been very Patient, Kind and Knowledgeable with my updated status and results of testing. As it can be extremely frightening and frustrating to have loss of hearing, Kristin has explained in detail and in “Common Language” how to proceed with the proper care of steps needed in my future such as Hearing Aids.
