Today was my first visit as a new patient at NEDA in Londonderry. I was greeted warmly at my arrival and made to feel right at home. I was even given a business card with my doctor’s picture for my reference . Dr Haley Callahan was my physician and her very kind and professional medical assistant came to get me just a moment after I sat in the waiting room. They were prompt, answered all my questions and Dr Haley was 5⭐️! Even at checkout, there were so many people arriving and she handled it all like a pro… kind to everyone and great multitasker ensuring no one waited long at all! I am so happy I found a new doctor! I can’t say enough about how thankful I am for how well I was treated by the entire staff and how blessed I am to be in this practice. Thank you all!

after my surgeon referred me to this place I called to set up my initial appointment so I can move forward with surgery and when I told the girl what kind of insurance I had her demeanor and tone of voice totally changed she goes we don't take that… And I explained that I understand and I would like to be considered for self-pay and she said that there are no payment plans available you just gotta have the right insurance good insurance not Caritas cause we don't take that.... So I hung up

I can’t say enough about the outstanding experience I had at NEDA. Dr. Bernstein clearly demonstrates genuine care for her patients, ensuring they feel comfortable while receiving the highest quality care and service. Cecilia also goes above and beyond to be helpful during check-in, making the entire visit smooth and welcoming.

Outrageous prices. Updated: I did call and spoke with the receptionist, who is always very nice, and left a message for the owner. I haven't received a call back and it's been a few weeks.
