Maybe it is just the generation I grew up in, but when a customer is upset about something that is clearly the employee's fault, is it not your company's policy to try to deescalate the situation? I think the person who handles the scheduling of surgeries really ought to have a class on basic customer service skills. Received a voicemail early Wednesday about scheduling my Mom's surgery. I returned the call pretty quickly that day and had to leave a message. When a customer calls Wed, then Thurs, then 2x on Friday afternoon and still no return call until the word "supervisor" is mentioned at 3:50pm, the last thing I want to hear is, "I am only ONE person who is scheduling surgeries for 5 doctors while handling constant interruptions. You told my co-worker you were going to call my boss?"

Everyone at this location is so kind and upbeat. I will especially mention the front desk woman. Amazing. She was smiling, positive, and helpful! She was not feeling well, yet, she still maintained a super friendly, kind demeanor. It is so rare these days to hear someone say “I’m here for the people”.(I quote her) Truly a wonderful person. I hope the office realizes how lucky they are to have her.

Spindel Eye Associates has been taking care of my eyes for many, many years. The staff is friendly knowledgeable, and very helpful. Dr Nguyen takes time to answer questions and is fantastic! My husband and I feel like we're in great hands.

The receptionist was pleasant and professional. I didn't have too long to wait and there was plenty of seating so people had plenty of space. The tech called me and was very bubbly and friendly throughout the exam. The doctor is one that I have been going to for awhile and absolutely adore. She answers all my questions and no sugarcoating things. Yet she's very friendly and has a great sense of humor. Check out went smoothly and I got my visit for next year all scheduled.
