Dr. Riester Is by far the most educated and comprehensive Dr in his field I have come across so far. I was having issues for years and was even turned down by a Harvard Doctor from Wellesley because of my “rare allergies because what’s the point”. And this past year was having all sorts of medical issues, and Dr Riester right away knew it was from allergies. And he was right ! I felt seen and heard. All my hospital visits and emergency rooms visits. Confirmed 6 major allergies. I can’t thank him and his staff enough!

The doctor was very good and definitely works with kids well. 5 Stars for him. But the administration is super in-efficient. We scheduled an appointment and both spouse & I took off from work. When we reached the office, they said a 3rd party schedules the appointment and we don't see them. Luckily the doctor was accommodating to the administration mistake and saw us. When we tried to pay the billing, we tried to reach out the billing department. Their hours are 8am-4pm and we were never able to reach them, after multiple voicemails, we got a call back. It took us 2 weeks to pay the bill. Very very irresponsible administration. Would give 0 stars, if I can. This place just suck!

Dr. Riester and the medical staff are intelligent and caring, but the administration of this practice stops me from ever going back. You can get similar care elsewhere without the headaches. I was pushed weeks without test results that I knew were done, canceled on at the last minute, underquoted on costs by 2x, and had other communication issues.

Went to my PCP and Pulmonologist who could not figure out why I had a continuous cough. Met with Dr. Riester who listened to all my concerns and confirmed what I thought it was all along, a rebound case of asthmatic bronchitis. If I feel I may have bronchitis again Dr. Riester will be the first doctor I see. He is very kind and patient. You never feel rushed or dismissed. You are in good hands with Dr. Riester.

Excellent experience at Northeast Allergy! Dr. Riester was comprehensive and caring. The team that administered my penicillin allergy testing was kind and caring as well. I would highly recommend them.
