Sudbury Dental Excellence

As a new patient, I was initially pleased with this office - the receptionist is kind and easy to work with and the after work hours are convenient. However, two recent experiences have led me to leave a 1 star review. First, the team completely botched my night guard process. The kid who took my first set of molds did so inaccurately leading to a guard that didn’t fit. At pickup, the woman tried to convince me it was fine - when the guard clearly did not fit in my mouth. Finally the dentist came in and agreed that the guard needed to be completely redone. It then took another set of molds and a week of delays before getting it. Overall, I would have happily ignored this except they referred me to a gum specialist who only comes in once a month. I waited for my appointment for 4 weeks, o

I am so glad to have found this office! The waiting room is comfortable and nicely decorated. The receptionist, hygienist, and doctor were all incredibly kind and polite! I was seen on time, too. I had a full set of X-rays done and, while I usually hate having those, for the first time in my life I felt no discomfort from dental xrays!! I have finally found a dentist I like! They are gentle, kind, and it is an overall comfortable and welcoming atmosphere! 10/10!

Jamie was amazing she is so good at her job she made me feel so safe comforsbtke and reassured. Dr. Thomas is also very very good at his job. He has an amazing bedside manner I am extremely comfortable when he is working on me. Very professional and skilled, top to bottom. Cannot recommend them more highly. Dr. Thomas is so thorough and precise, and lets you know every step of the way what’s going on so there are no surprises. Very calming, as well. Thanks to Jamie and the entire team. I had a lot of dental work done here, the result being, that I don't even like to look at my mouth. First I went to the male dentist whose fillings were rough, started flaking off, and discolored around the edges. I was afraid to go back to him so switched to the female dentist. I was made to accept multiple crowns even though they looked fake, one was shades whiter than my other teeth, another was larger and lumpier than the original tooth. They were also too long and once glued on, my gums below the crowns were pressed down. Also once I had to wait 45 minutes after she prepped me for a root canal, and then went to work on someone else. I kept having acute pain, since the anaesthetic was wearing off, and she had to keep injecting me with more. The whole thing was a traumatizing experie
