Overall, the nurses are kind and the doctors have been great. However, I’ve noticed that the front desk experience could use some improvement. The staff member with short hair and black glasses often comes across as curt, which can make interactions feel unwelcoming. A little more warmth and patience would go a long way, especially since patients often arrive feeling stressed—whether from traffic, managing kids’ appointments, or navigating insurance. Some additional training on customer service and patient interaction could really elevate the overall experience.

My first visit was very positive! (Stoneham location.) The staff at the front desk were very kind. The medical staff exceptional. Dr Scott explained my allergies and treatment to alleviate my symptoms. Communication with the medical staff was also exceptional..... thank you for a stress-free and positive first visit!

The girl at the front desk in Stoneham has a terrible attitude! I can’t believe she hasn’t been fired yet. After not getting a call about my results as promised, I called 20 days later. It seemed to be a very difficult concept for her to understand that I am asking about my results. At the start she tried to shut me down by saying they don’t do labs there. Not what I called or asked for, but anyway, I tried to explain again - I’m calling about results from my skin test. After a multitude of irrelevant questions, and interrupting every attempt to answer them, she rudely said I need to wait for the nurse to call. When I asked if I’ll be able to get a document with my results, she even more rudely said “I dunno, I’m not the nurse” and hung up before I could say anything else. She needs to lea

The people who work here are very nice. Like the receptionis and the doctors are very caring and personable. However, the benefits of the current allergy shots are not as good as my prior allergist. The wait time is also 30 minutes when most allergist are 10 min due to covid and 20 min normally. The shot hours are not consistent or reliable. I showed up a few times and nobody to give shots. Also the building maintenance looks like a war zone.

Nothing about working with this office is easy or enjoyable. I waited over 20 minutes for my initial visit, during which I had to adjust my plan of care because I never received the information packet they sent in the mail notifying me of how to prep for the appointment. The paper processes here are incredibly antiquated and put a ton of burden on the patients themselves. The nurse and doctors, specifically Dr scott, we're all very kind and thorough. However, I was given instructions to get blood work done but because they don't do anything electronically and do not have a lab on site they sent me away with a piece of paper and very little instructions as to how to get this blood work completed. So again that burden fell on me as the patient and I had to go someplace else to get blood draw
