I started seeing Alex after I sustained a TBI. He has a deep understanding of the autonomic nervous system and how trauma and injury impact the body. His massages have helped reduce my migraines, neck pain, and insomnia, which has made a huge difference in my day to day life. I leave each session feeling calmer, more regulated, and more at home in my body. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone navigating recovery from a TBI or chronic illness. Additionally, I appreciate that Alex is trauma-informed. He consistently prioritizes consent, clear communication, and client autonomy. I always feel safe and respected.

Alex has been hands down one of the best Massage Therapists I have had in over a decade! He understands how to treat you when you have injuries, meaning he is very knowledgeable. He takes that personal responsibility, time and effort to actually talk with you through what your body needs in order to walk out feeling like your body is on a road to recovery. I’ve gone from years of living with pain in my hips, leg, shoulder and neck to being able to sleep and exercise again. Alex is amazing in what he does. Been working with him for years and I can’t thank him enough. His place is clean, comfortable and professional. Sometimes I fall asleep during a session and it’ll be the best sleep I get all month 😂
