From the moment my eye exam ended, Karmen approached me in the most respectful and professional way. She introduced herself, made it clear there was no pressure, and simply let me know she was available to help if I needed anything — which immediately put me at ease. She was patient, helpful and knowledgeable while I was choosing a new pair of eyeglasses. Karmen helped make my choice and the purchase stress free. I have been to this location this past summer for a purchase requested by my employer and had the same experience; helpful, informative and no issues with the purchase back then either. Went to stoneham lenscrafters at Redstone not expecting to find a frame I like. Usually have to spend lots of time at several different optical shops to find something I like, but I was lucky this time and Karmen was very helpful finding a frame I liked within minutes and did not pressure me to make decision. She gave me plenty of time alone to look around and really look at the frames on my face. I'm so grateful for her help. Picking new frames is something I dread because sometimes the salesperson stands next to you the whole time you are the and you feel pressure to make decision, and that causes you stress. Karen made my visit much less stressful.!!
