It is rare to witness an organization where the Divisional President, Regional Director of Network Development, and clinical and administrative team members are willing to put their own personal safety at risk to ensure frontline staff arrive safely during a state-of-emergency snowstorm. I have had a wonderful experience at Northampton Post Acute with every need of mine being met. Junetta is a wonderful person who constantly goes overboard to make sure her patients are comfortable and well cared for. I must say the same about Shannon who also takes the time needed to provide nothing short of excellent and thorough care. I hope this Facility recognizes both of these fine ladies and their worth. I will break this down for you step by step. You never have to wait for your medicine the nurse has it there to you everytime you are due for it. The nurses aids are so fast even when they are very busy you never wait more then 5 minutes when you press the call button. Lulu was my favorite nurse always laughing smiling making everyone feel like family. When you have to come to a rehab place it can be very depressing but honestly Lulu never lets you feel that way not even for 5 minutes for me that was the most important. PT and OT they were very helpful. They worked with you and cared how you were feeling and doing. They are just a great group of people to work with it always feels like your on a team. Even the food was pretty good. Overall i highly recommend this place to anyone who needs

Ashley the housekeeper does wonderful in my room. Also Mike the maintenance man is on too of his job always. Zach the nurse goes above and beyond and deserves to be recognized for all he does! Lulu the nurse goes deserves recognition for her amazing work she does! Laundry facility needs more workers, always low on sheets.

Staff was very helpful. Facility was clean and well appointed. Food was so-so but acceptable. Only complaint is that they supposedly made arrangements for PT but we were never called back to schedule. I would definitely recommend facility and all the staff 100% A+
