Good facility for my loved one. Their transition to this home has gone well, thanks to all the staff!

Called concerning a family member’s potential admissions and was treated horribly by an admission assistant telling me that’s not how it works. I was calling and had stated it was a referral from a sister facility. If they are this rude the phone, I can only imagine how they treat patients/residents.

I was there and it's not a good place. They still haven't released my SSi check and I've got thousands of dollars charged to my PayPal from there pay per view t we tevevision. I was locked in unable to leave for what I now I'm finding out was a lie . There wasn't any court holding there which was lie. I finally got free but they have refused to give me my checks and keep collecting them not to mention what I witness while there. All lies don't let anyone you love ever stay there. It's much more horrific with all the details

I'm currently a resident here they are horrible, they hang up in your face, they cancel your appointments and lie about it, they are rude and rarely take care of you I'm just ready to go like fr the charge nurse took my emergency call light from me she put it over my wheel chair away from my bed out of my reach. Now just imagine if I had a real emergency I could not even get help cause I can't use my light same nurse that violated my hippa and threatened me I couldn't do anything but cry I'm over this nursing home another nurse hangs up in my face every time I call for help she's disrespectful, slammed my room door I hear she is a military nurse well this is not the military

It's a little place With a GREAT BIG HEART! Staff was friendly and hard working.with a very welcoming!!! Staff and resident are like family! It was beautiful; and I loved to witness it! WEEKEND SHIFT ROCKS! MCB (agency employee)
