North Vermilion Family Dental

I was in what I would consider an emergency dental situation and everyone I called had over a month waiting list for an appt. I called North Vermilion Family Dental and a super friendly gal answered. Went into the normal Q&A portion of setting up an appointment , I was in a ton of pain so at times my answers were vague and I had to stop and correct myself frequently while on the phone with the gal. She didn’t miss a beat and was so very kind throughout the call and had me set up for visit 24hrs later. At the appt, everyone I worked with was very personable, considerate and compassionate. They were able to take care of my issue that day and I cannot even express how thankful I was for all of them. Customer Service 10/10

I recently moved to the area and decided it was finally time to go to the dentist. I selected one at random that was in my insurance plan, and I am so grateful I chose this dental practice. Dr. K is a very gentle and kind person, and he takes great care to make you as comfortable as possible. He took the time to really explain to me what my long term dental care plan will look like. I just got my root canal done today, and the team there is so excellent. Everyone has been so kind and considerate. It was the most comfortable I have ever been getting dental work done.

Hands down the best experience ever! Expeditiously got an appointment using the easy online schedule. Service was excellent. Got a call due to a cancellation for treatment the next day. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing staff. I felt so comfortable and they are very thorough. Answered all my questions which weren't many bc they answered them all before I had a chance to ask. I have been telling everyone that they need to switch to N. Vermilion Family Dental. That's saying a lot. That's something I've never done before. Thanks to all the staff there for being so nice.

Everyone I dealt with were exceptional! Faith especially was very detrimental in my deciding to come to this facility. Dr K was awesome . Thanks for all that you all have done’
