As soon as you let my old PCP(who was darn good to me on a professional level much like my OB/gyn)go due to his personal beliefs and my OB/GYN left for the same reason as PCP, I will not be back. They were the only two I trusted with my medical care.
It's your standard health care clinic nothing special it is clean and the receptionist is very personable at the front door and there's never a wait to get in there so I would recommend it
Received COVID vaccination and the experience was seamless. Virtually no waiting and staff was professional all the way from check in to scheduling the next visit.
I have yet to have a good experience at the Polyclinic. My new primary is there and I have heard good things about her, hopefully she is competent unlike the other providers I've encountered at the Polyclinic/OSF health care system.
I have been on hold over 40 mins to just make an appointment. This is crazy.
