The call center / front desk needs more people or someone who actually cares. I just waited 25 minutes on hold trying to schedule an appointment for my grandmother. At 18 minutes in someone answers the phone and I explain my situation and without addressing anything or saying anything puts me on hold again. When I finally got to someone else and was trying to explain what I needed and to give all the information I know they’re going to need I was interrupted and treated like they could not care less. This whole interaction was everything wrong with our healthcare system. It makes trying to schedule appointments for a loved one impossible. Newsflash, some people don’t have endless hours in the day to sit on hold. Hire more people or pay them better to at least act like they care because thi

When I arrived at the office, the front desk staff was professional. The nurse and the doctor were very kind and made us feel that they truly wanted to help and keep us fully informed about my mother’s ( Mercedes Morales) condition. Best regards, Fior

From the front desk to nurses, I feel cared for and well treated. Dr Nanda is thorough and efficient and easy to talk with including any concerns. He's proactive in addressing issues and explaining results. I feel very grateful for his, and his staffs care.

Dr Hasan was amazing. His care and concern to get matters addressed and make sure I had the answers helped a great deal after multiple ER's failed. He made sure from the time I left the hospital I was taken care of and in his office with a follow up and received treatment and care. Thank you North TX heart Center and Dr. Hasan.

Dr Telukuntla a great doctor easy to talk with explains in a way I could really understand what going on with my heart. His nurses are nice and kind. His front office staff is also very kind. I would recommend this doctor.
