I love this eye Dr and the very friendly staff who checks you in! Today an elderly man walked into the office - he was disoriented trying to find the office his wife was at after he had returned from the restroom. The staff was so kind to him. His wife was not being seen there so they took him to find his wife down the hall. That’s what I call kindness! That is rare these days! The Dr I saw was new, she seemed very though and knowledgeable and really took her time examining my eyes. Highly recommend!

I had my initial visit earlier this week, and although the news was not the best, I was extremely happy with the professionalism of everyone I encountered during my appointment. Dr. Frazee was awesome, and I loved that he had a fantastic sense of humor and was direct. There was not wondering what he was saying, and asked on multiple occasions if I had any questions. Extremely happy with my visit.

Took disabled loved one to see Dr Pham today. Office is busy and seems pretty efficient. Im glad I went the day before the appointment to fill in all the forms, submit docs etc, because the office park in which its located is actually full of eye drs (making it slightly tricky to locate).

Other than the cheerful front desk workers, you will be herded through this process with minimal interaction. You're just a number. An assistant will determine your prescription. The doctor will not even introduce himself and will say more to his assistants than to you. Everyone seems competent enough. Some of the multitude of anonymous assistants were friendly. One was visibly frustrated as the doctor scolded them for not herding patients in and out quickly enough. Perhaps this place is better suited to someone seeking special care. I only really needed a new prescription, but the criminals at the insurance company have removed my old eye doctor from the network. Fun bonus that may not be the fault of this office: they state my insurance doesn't cover the test to determine a new presc

Suddenly, large floaters and many bubble-like dots appeared in the vision of my right eye, which prompted me to see an eye doctor yesterday. I called NTEC first but couldn’t figure out their phone menu, so I walked in around 1:30 p.m. to set up an appointment. Initially, I was told to come back the next morning, but one of the nurses kindly asked what had happened. After I briefly described my symptoms, she immediately helped me check in. Dr. Ellen Ngo found a retinal tear in my right eye and referred me to a retina specialist for laser treatment, which was performed later that same afternoon. I’m very grateful for their urgent and caring response.
