Just wanted to recognize how lovely the staff is at this place. Had an appointment and had to bring my baby with me. Baby was being super-duper loud, I was also fasting so feeling a bit low. Gail, the practice manager, went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and not guilty about my noisy baby, and she entertained my baby a lot. Thank you so, so much. Also had a really pleasant experience with Dr. Swapna, the person who did my labs (Xaiver) and the front desk lady in glasses (I think her name was Sasha or Shada?). I felt heard and understood.

Excellent doctor and staff. Dr Kolli cares about her patients and is determined to help them meet their goals. I have only been seeing Dr Kolli for three months and my numbers are the best they have ever been. The nurses and front office staff are amazing return phone calls promptly, also cares about the patients. Thank you for caring. Best Doctor and staff there is.

I wish I could give Dr Kolli more than 5 stars! If you need an endocrinologist, look no further! Dr Kolli actually cares about my health, and me as a person! From Mrs Jackie at the front desk, to Mrs Gail and Mr Xavier, every single person at this office makes me feel important and cared about! If I ever call the office with a question or anything, they always call me back the same day! Dr Kolli consistently follows up with my medication, and how I'm feeling! I haven't had a Dr like this in a very long time! I haven't felt like just another number or payment, I feel heard and seen! I absolutely VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you Dr Kolli and staff!👍👍👍👍👍❤️

The staff needs to improve in their scheduling skills. After a month of dealing with Ms. Jackie and completing forms, Primary Doc, plus insurance approving a referral. The appointment was given to another patient. Unfortunately, another patient in the lobby was dealing with similar issues. Don't waste your time going to this Dr.

This place is a joke, first of all the front desk can not even enter the correct information for payment saying my card declined and then when asking another woman up there for help she come in with attitude and proceeds to humiliate us very loudly in the office. I'm sorry you hired incompetent people at your front desk and that you feel the need to treat your patients with such little respect and disregard. On top of that you have a doctor who gaslights patients and most likely misdiagnosed every person they have seen. So if you want incompetent front desk and doctors here you go.
