The worst I’ve ever been too. Me and my daughter were made to feel stupid for even being there, my daughter had a concern and she was mocked by the NP. She did nothing at all to help us. My daughter could barely walk because of a toe injury and she basically mocked her for it. Then said back in the old days we would heat up a paper clip and stick it through the big toe to relieve the pressure which my daughter screamed No don’t do that. Nothing like terrifying a kid. And before anyone says well she is old school and back then they did this and that. Well back then kids including me were treated like we had no feelings that mattered so we basically had to survive on our own.she has 0 bedside manner. She Walked in and just stared at us like she was the cops. I will never take my kid there ag

As a parent with three children, one of whom has a disability, I highly recommend this practice. Not only do they regularly fit us in for urgent sick visits, but they now offer a walk-in option. The staff truly partners with families for the best care. Navigating the medical system for a child with disabilities can be difficult but everyone here from the pediatricians, to NPs, to referral office, to the nurses, work with us every step of the way.

I love the doctor's but not how the office is ran since it was taken over by new owners. I've never had such a more difficult time getting appointments later in the day so that my kids who are not sick don't miss too much school for med checks. Good luck calling there and getting a transfer phone call answered as well. I miss the old location and management of the business.

I'll preface this review by saying both the staff and Dr. Timerman were courteous and it was easy to call and get an appointment made. However, my child's appointment was for11:20 and he was not seen by Dr. Timerman until 12:50. I have had several appointments over the years where the doctor was running behind and we had a long wait, but never a 90-minute one. I asked both the staff and Dr. Timerman if that wait time was typical for their practice and they said yes, it is common to wait that long to be seen. Yikes! The doctor seemed kind and caring, but both the absurdly long wait time and the lack of up-to-date technology are two reasons why I will seek care elsewhere.

Amazing staff, they always take the time to listen to your concerns as a parent, they are thorough with their evaluations & always make sure you know how to treat your child once you leave wether it’s with or without medication. I have been bringing my kids here since they were newborn babies & I love the relationship that they have with all of my kids!
