If I could give them zero stars I would. The staff, when I was scheduling the appointment, was friendly although rather unorganized with what dates and times were actually available. On the day of my appointment it took me an hour and forty-five minutes to get to the office due to severe traffic. I was 13 minutes late (8:13 AM) and they refused to see me. I explained how far I came and that I’d be willing to stay until 11 or 12 if someone could see me. She rudely said no and refused to let me speak with the practitioner with whom I had the appointment. The building also looked like it was about to fall down. Do NOT make any appointments here.

I had an appointment with Alyse Rodman. I wish she was my primary care physician. I love her she is professional mind and knows her job extremely well. She loves what she does. Just by the way she treats her patients is never heard of.thank you Dr Rodman for taking such good care of me. Not only with Dr Rodman her office personnel from calling to make an appt to them calling to remind me. A big thank and that office should get 10 stars
