I will always stay away from the megastores to support local businesses, and North Shore is great example of why that strategy pays off. The whole team is great! They continue to provide superb, personal service, and offer their expertise, to both my wife and myself for all of our prescriptions. The service level is measurably better than I have experienced with the large chains when forced to use them.

I have been a customer of this pharmacy for a very long time. I can’t express how much I truly appreciate the kind, personal service they provide to me and my entire family. Rude man, asked me 5 specific questions about my medicine. He must not get any love in real life. He literally interrupted me after I told him “I don’t know” to 3 of his questions, NONE OF WHICH I TOLD HIM WE SHOULD DISCUSS, then told me to call another pharmacy. Why would I know if it’s generic or brand if I’m getting a new medicine? Your corrupt industry is the reason my medicine is no longer being produced.
