The people are always courteous and friendly. NP Amanda is great, taking time to listen and explain everything so you understand. Dr. Ennis doesn't talk down to you and doesn't treat you like an idiot when telling you your diagnosis. Their staff are welcoming and efficient, helping schedule new appointments as well as cracking the whip on other clinics to make them get on the ball on schedules too. Overall I highly recommend.

For cardiac care, I chose Northshore Heart & Vascular when they first opened several years ago. I cannot express how pleased I am with the employees at this facility. The staff is very friendly, polite, courteous and caring. They always thoroughly answer any questions I have about my treatment or any procedures that are required. You cannot find personal care like this at a major hospital because at such institutions, you are merely a number. I place the upmost trust in Dr. Bruce Ennis, Claire, Amanda Lavigne and the entire team.

Went here to see about my palpitations that have worsened and the no problem who saw me wouldn’t listen to everything I said, cut me off a lot and when I did it her once, she responds with attitude “let me finish”. She just repeated herself and projected a lot. One of the nurse also had attitude and didn’t want my mom to come back with all cause she had kids with her who weren’t loud and wild. I didn’t feel heard and she kept trying to push me to take a medicine that may do me more harm, even after I told her and how an ER doctor thought the same. So I went else where and they listened and ordered all the test needed and different medications that won’t hurt me. I don’t recommend this place.

I was put in touch with North shore heart and vascular back in May of 2023 by community Care with the veterans administration. I went and saw them and was supposed to have a test done to which I called them back a number of times, and never received a call back. They decided to call me back today after 6 months. I do not want to be associated with anyone who would not be attentive to calling me back. It seems like they had better things to do at that time than to worry about me, so I will no longer use North shore heart and vascular for my healthcare needs.

Gina was very attentive to my concerns. She asked questions, explained everything in detail and reasons why she chose my treatment plan. The staff was also very friendly! I would recommend!
