Dr Crosson was amazing for 12 yrs. She left and so did the quality care. Valery, Alka have stayed involved in my care against my will, misrepresented care. I discharged them, but they lied and said they discharged me for harassing behavior. I was injured by Sarah Caldwell at AUNC UROLGY. They have misrepresented truth, even lied at Duke saying Alkas husband was primary care using Dr Crossons name. Don't trust these folks. Review not outta spite but dont wanna see anyone go thru what I have. Review contains both fact and opinion.

I've been a patient of North Raleigh Medical Center for more than 10 years and have always received compassionate and excellent care. Dr. Sachdeva is wonderful - I never feel rushed and I always feel heard and understood. I've been seen multiple times in the last 6 weeks for an ongoing issue, and each time I've walked away feeling so grateful for the care I've received with such kindness. Becca, the Nurse Practitioner, has been amazing to work with, thorough, compassionate, and collaborative with excellent follow-up. She's a great asset to the team there. I have great confidence in the North Raleigh Medical Center team.

I’ve had such positive experiences with NRMC - from working with their team to having to call to get support with prescription refills, the service is always top notch. Their facility is clean and comfortable and I am always treated with care. This is a great place to find your primary care team!!

North Raleigh Medical Center has been my PCP Location for years and the services, facilities, Scheduling, billing, prescriptions, Lab results etc., process is fully streamlined and convenient for the client. Dr. Sachdeva and a couple of Physician Assistants are very professional, caring and attentive to requests/questions. Dr. Sachdeva has been a trusted physician for my family members and was always available to provide quick guidance.

I love going to North Raleigh Medical Center. The team is always glad to see me and that makes me feel very welcome. Dr. Sachdeva is a wonderful doctor. In my 60 years of being on this Earth, she has been the best, most patient, knowledgeable doctor I’ve had. Her attention to detail and caring demeanor make me feel like she really cares about me. It’s always a pleasure to go there.
