North Pointe Nursing & Rehabilitation

The place is old and run down. The moment you stepped inside, its smell so bad. It got worse once you got to the room. The sewage smell in my mom’s room was so so bad on top of the urine smells. . The service is not all that great either. When you pressed the button for help they dont show up until at least 30-45 minutes later. I was in there for 5-6 hours and no one came by to check on my mom. I had to got her out of there fast and Im glad I did.

Our patients love North Pointe for it's cozy homelike atmosphere. The staff are friendly and caring. This is a great facility.

North Pointe has a clean, peaceful, home environment with caring staff and great rehab. The administrator Angie goes above and beyond!

I am so grateful to each Nurse, Aid and administrator that has been there to tend to my Mother and work with us. Their kindness, gentleness, patience and love strenthen our hearts in the midst of our circumstance. We feel so blessed. Thank you. ❤️

My grandma had been at North Pointe for about 6 months before she transitioned to her final resting place. I have to admit it was by far one of the best nursing home we had her at. They took very good care of her the food was very good there. The building stayed clean at all times. The staff was very nice and friendly. I could really go on and on. If you are considering placing your love one in a long term facility I would highly recommend North Pointe.. As I know making that decision is not a easy one but N.P. makes it all the easier. Thanks N.P. staff for going above and beyond.
