I purchased Sandy’s holiday package a week before I found out my cancer had returned. I initially canceled the appointment because I didn't think I would be able to go through with it while under treatment. However, after getting clearance from my oncologist, I called Sandy to see if she would still honor the special. She was so kind about the situation and scheduled me for her next available opening. I have to say, the entire experience was amazing. I explained that I was nervous because it was my first time and I had been feeling very self-conscious since losing my eyebrows during my first round of treatment. Sandy is so sweet and thorough. She was great about removing some of the old microblading I had in order to create the perfect shape and balance out my brows. I’m so glad she was available, I feel like a new person. It’s amazing what beautiful eyebrows can do to your face and how you feel about how you present yourself. I also could barely feel the ombré whereas the microblading I had in the past by a different stylist was pretty uncomfortable. My experience was excellent. The service was very professional and attentive at all times. A few years ago, I had a health issue that caused a slight drooping of my right eyelid and eyebrow. It made me feel insecure, and I often tried to cover that area with my hair. I also had very little hair on the tail of my eyebrows. Sandy was incredibly kind and understanding. My experience with Sandy was an absolute pleasure. I recently moved to Texas and I have always wanted to get my eyebrows done professionally so I booked with Sandy and it was the best decision ever. When I walked into the shop I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the shop was nice , quiet and clean so I felt very comfortable. Sandy is very professional with a great personality. She made sure that I was satisfied throughout the entire session and she was very patient with me. I had such a great experience getting my brows done here! The studio was clean, pretty, and had a very authentic, welcoming vibe from the moment I walked in. Sandy did my brows and she was absolutely amazing—sweet, professional, and really attentive to what I wanted. She asked about the look I preferred and made sure my brows came out natural, which I loved. She showed me my brows to make sure I was happy, and recommended a brow gel to help keep my shape looking its best. Afterward, she gave me a full rundown on how to take care of them. I also appreciated that my deposit went toward my final bill and she even honored a special discount she has running through the end of the month.
